Growify Marketing

Brand that earns its place on every surface.

An identity engagement that delivers the system, not just a logo. Built to hold up at 16px and at billboard. Owned and operable by your team.

The problem

A logo is not a brand. A brand is a system.

Without one, every freelancer reinvents it. Every channel drifts. Every quarter looks like a different company.

73%

of brand identities drift visibly within 18 months of launch. The system is missing, so consistency follows.

What you walk away with

A working brand book. Not a moodboard.

Files your team will actually open, components your engineers can ship, tokens your tools can read.

01Hero deliverable

Brand book, operable.

One document covering positioning, voice, logo, colour, type, motion, photography, and the rules that hold them together. PDF for the team, design tokens for the engineers.

Inside
  • Positioning + narrative
  • Voice + tone calibration
  • Logo system + lockups
  • Colour + type + motion
02

Logo system, not a logo.

Primary lockup, stacked, wordmark, monogram. Built to fit every surface from favicon to billboard without compromise.

03

Design tokens.

Colours, type scale, spacing, radii exported as JSON / CSS variables / Figma variables. The same source of truth across design and code.

04

Component library.

Buttons, cards, forms, navigation, hero blocks. Built once in Figma, mirrored in code. The same kit on both sides of the handoff.

05

Workshop, recorded.

A live session walking your team through the system. They leave with the rules in their heads, not just a folder.

How we work

Five steps. File-by-file.

A condensed engagement that ends with a working system, not a presentation. Most calls are short, focused, recorded.

01

Audit what exists.

Existing logos, templates, files, freelancer outputs. What works, what drifted, what should never have been signed off.

02

Pin the wedge.

Brand positioning, voice, and personality. The why before the visuals.

03

Build the kit.

Logo system, colours, type, spacing, motion. Tokens exported to JSON. Components built in Figma.

04

Land it on real surfaces.

Website hero, social tiles, business card, deck template. Run the system across three to five real applications.

05

Hand it over.

Workshop with your team. Walk through every file. The brand becomes theirs, not ours.

Sample output

What a working brand book looks like.

A redacted excerpt from a recent engagement. The system every brief, deck and ad points back to.

Logo system

Four lockups. Each tuned for a slot shape. Wide containers get the horizontal. Square slots get the mark. Never squish.

The logo is not a stamp. It is a system that knows which lockup to use at which size, on which surface, in which tone.

Three rules this system enforces:

Slot first, lockup second. Square slots get the mark. Wide slots get the horizontal. Never the other way around.

Minimum sizes are absolute. 16px for the mark, 80px for the horizontal. Below that, the brand cannot be read.

Tone follows surface. Light surfaces get the dark lockup. Dark surfaces get the light. We never filter-invert.

FAQ

Questions we hear most.

If yours isn't here, ask. We'll answer plainly.

Is this a rebrand?

It can be. If you have nothing in flight, we build the brand from scratch. If you have an existing identity that mostly works, we keep what works and rebuild the system around it. We will tell you straight which path makes sense after the audit.

Do we get design tokens, a Figma library, or both?

Both. Tokens (colour / type / spacing / radii) export as JSON and CSS variables so engineers can consume them. The Figma library mirrors the same tokens so designers and engineers stay synced.

Can you also build the website?

Yes. Branding & Design pairs with our Web Development engagement, and the design tokens go straight into the build. If you have your own engineers, we hand over the same tokens to them.

How is this different from a logo designer?

A logo designer ships a logo. We ship a system. Logo, type, colour, spacing, motion, components, the rules that hold them together, and a workshop so your team can operate it without us.
