Growify Marketing

Marketing, taken seriously again.

We worked inside marketing agencies long enough to know what we wanted to change. Then we built one. Long relationships, real strategy, partner-grade commitment, and modern tools chosen because they serve the work.

What we believe4 principles
Founding
01

We work as partners.

Long relationships beat short ones, every time. We invest like the partner we would want.

02

Strategy first. Tools second.

Understanding the business is the work. The rest is tactics. Modern tools serve the work.

03

Selective by design.

We pick partners we'd choose to work with for years. Fit matters. Fewer relationships, deeper.

04

Built on our terms.

A modern agency doesn't have to repeat old mistakes. We set the rules of how we engage and we keep them.

Four beliefs we keep at the door. Everything else is in service of these.
Why we exist

We worked inside agencies. Then we built one.

We worked across different clients, different markets and different problems, and we saw what most agencies do well: clever decks, busy campaigns, fast wins, the kind of work that looks great in case studies.

We also saw what almost all do poorly. Short engagements written to extract value while they last. Strategy outsourced to whoever happened to be on the call. Tools chasing trends instead of the work. Real briefs lost in the recurring deliverable. The quiet assumption that a client would leave eventually, so the team had better squeeze while it could.

We built Growify Marketing for the way we wished agencies worked. Long relationships come before quick wins. Strategy comes before tools. We work as partners on a smaller number of engagements, run deeper. The work compounds because the relationship lasts long enough for it to.

This is a different agreement about what marketing work is for.

How we work

Four habits we keep across every engagement.

Most agencies sell the slide deck. We sell the work behind it. Here is how that shows up across a real engagement.

01First call

Brief before blueprint.

We start by understanding what is actually broken: a leak in the funnel, a content engine that stalled, a CRM nobody trusts. The pitch comes after that work.

02In the work

Senior on the work.

The person who scopes is the person who builds. The work stays with that person end to end, with no handoffs through a junior or a project manager translating between you and someone you have never met.

03In the build

Tools where they earn it.

Agents and automation when they save real hours and stand up to scrutiny. Manual where judgment matters more than throughput. The tool serves the work.

04At handover

Proof on handover.

Every engagement ends with documentation: what we did, what worked, what we would change. You leave with the artefacts, the source files and the playbooks.

Ground rules

A few rules we won't bend.

Saying these out loud means we have to live by them. That's the point.

01

Proposals from your data.

Every proposal is built from your data, your funnel and your last 90 days, written from scratch each time. Templates with a logo swap are someone else.

02

We won't sell what we'd outsource.

If a piece of the work would land with a freelancer we've never met, we'll tell you and help you find one. We don't hide handoffs in a retainer.

03

You keep the artefacts.

Brand books, dashboards, prompts, playbooks, source files. Yours from day one. No platform that holds your work hostage when the engagement ends.

04

If we can't measure it, we won't promise it.

Every engagement starts with a defined success metric. If we can't agree on one, we'll say so before we sign anything.

If this sounds like the agency you wish you had hired last time, we should talk.

Tell us what's broken. We'll tell you whether we can help, whether someone else would do it better, or whether you don't actually need an agency at all.
