Who we are

Growify Marketing Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15574246). Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We act as the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

There are two ways data reaches us.

Information you give us directly.

• Your name and email when you write to us through the contact form.
• The contents of that message, plus any follow-up correspondence by email or WhatsApp.
• Anything you choose to share during an engagement (briefs, files, dashboards).

Information collected automatically.

• Standard request logs from our hosting provider (IP address, user agent, path, status).
• Analytics events from the tools listed in our cookie policy. These only run after you opt in.

Why we collect it

• To reply to enquiries. Lawful basis: legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
• To understand how the site is used. Lawful basis: consent. Google Analytics and PostHog only run after you opt in through the cookie banner, and you can withdraw that consent at any time on the cookie policy page.
• To deliver services. Lawful basis: contract performance, once you become a client.
• To comply with the law. Lawful basis: legal obligation (tax records, for example).

Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors to run the site and respond to enquiries.

• Resend: delivers the email when you use the contact form.
• Google Analytics: aggregate pageviews and engagement. Only loaded after you opt in.
• PostHog: product analytics (which pages are read, where visitors drop off). Only loaded after you opt in.
• Sanity: our content management system. Stores published content, not visitor data.
• Vercel: our hosting platform. Processes request logs and runs the site.

We do not sell personal data, and we have no plans to.

International transfers

Some of our processors (Google, Vercel, Resend, PostHog) are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as appropriate.

How long we keep it

• Contact form submissions: 24 months after our last contact with you.
• Analytics: per the platform defaults (Google Analytics retains event data for up to 14 months; PostHog events are deleted on request).
• Client engagement records (invoices, contracts): 7 years, as required by HMRC and accounting law.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you (subject access).
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Have your data deleted (where we no longer need it).
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis (for example, analytics).
• Receive your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these, email hello@growifymarketing.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page. The current version is dated at the top.
